Gwynedd-Mercy College’s first discussion in the “Campus Conversations” series will be held on Saturday, April 13, 2013 from 1-4pm. This is an important national discussion that will feature many distinguished guests as well as Dr. Kathleen Owens, the college president. Charles Ramsey, the Philadelphia Police Commissioner, will offer insights from his meetings on gun violence with United States Vice President Joseph Biden. The Honorable D. Brooks Smith, Third Circuit Court of Appeals, the Honorable Stewart J. Greenleaf, State Senator, and Marianne Comfort, Institute Justice with the Sisters of Mercy of the Americas, will also deliver remarks. The conversation will be held in Julia Ball Auditorium in Gwynedd Valley, Pa. All alumni are invited and encouraged to come and be a part of this special event.
